You can participate in Communities magazine.

Here's how.

Write us a Letter. Your feedback helps us take your opinions and preferences into account as we create each issue. Please send Letters to the Editor on any topic related to intentional communities, articles you've seen in our magazine, or our Communities Directory. We print most letters as space allows (though we do edit sometimes). Contact Communities

Write a "My Turn" Opinion Piece. We invite you to submit an 850- to 1800-word piece in which you share your ideas, opinions, proposals, critiques, visions, and dreams about any aspect of community. Contact Communities

Write an Article or Poem. We invite you to submit an article, poem, or interview about intentional communities or some aspect of cooperative living. (It is helpful to see the magazine first.) We're interested in articles for future themes as well as articles on aspects of community not related to an upcoming theme. Provide a Photo or Illustration. We're seeking photos illustrating community life. Although this is probably obvious, we're looking for photos that are in focus, not tilted, show high contrast, and show good composition. We can use either black and white (preferred) or color photos. We're also seeking illustrations, preferably line drawings or illustrations that show high contrast for black and white publication. Advertise your Product or Service. Please see our Advertising page for information on our Display, Reach, and Classified ads. We will appreciate your business!

Become a Subscriber. Receive a new issue of Communities  in your mailbox four times a year. Please see our Subscriptions page for information on how to subscribe.
