Resident Manager in Life Sharing Community posted 1/15/2013 Tierra Village, a land based 501 c(3) in Leavenworth, WA, is seeking dynamic live-in care partner(s) to serve as the Resident Manager of a home that includes 5 people with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include providing choices/opportunities/support for residents to live a healthy, purposeful and self-determined life in a safe, inclusive and beautiful natural setting. The resident manager will have the opportunity to help shape the character and quality of the Adult Family Home and related educational and vocational programs, along side the Tierra Village director and the resdients.
