Interested in living in cohousing? I am looking for a person or a couple to share my house at Mosaic Commons, starting September 1. $715/month, includes utilities. Three bedroom, two full bath home (1400sq ft + basement + attic) in a triplex with great neighbours in the building and a wonderful cohousing community. You get a 10'x20' downstairs bedroom, plus the downstairs full bathroom mostly to yourself. Shared kitchen and other house space for $725/month including utilities. The house is professionally cleaned every two weeks, there is plenty of parking & easy access to laundry. Outdoor maintenance is a community job, and there is only a small walkway of snow removal done by the folks in our building.
